Updated Email Policy Regarding Encrypted Attachments

Gehirn Inc. would like to inform you that from 12 am on March 1st 2022, all email accounts used by our staff will be subject to a policy of not receiving encrypted files attached to emails.

Recently we've received a number of malicious file attachments via email. As password protected Office files and encrypted/compressed files can't be scanned for malware, from the aforementioned date, we'll be updating our email server policies to delete any attachments that can't be scanned for malware.

At the same time, we've updated our internal policies so we will no longer send emails that contain attached encrypted/compressed files.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers who have been sending us encrypted files.
